The 186-1346 press-on vinyl envelopes for 11" x 17" sign posters are made from durable, bar-code scannable polished clear PVC. In fact, we use durable 8-mil (8-gauge) clear vinyl on the front with a 6-mil (6-gauge) clear on the back. Furthermore, the back is coated with a premium permanent acrylic adhesive on a heavy, lay flat release liner to reduce potential curling or wrinkling. When considering optimal adhesion, the pressure sensitive adhesive should be applied firmly to a clean, dry surface and allowed to sit for 24 hours at room temperature.
